FAQ

What is Quiiz?

Quiiz is a digital assessment and exam platform for teachers and learning organizations. It brings together strong question-bank building, fair exam generation, instant grading, student progress tracking, and detailed pedagogical analysis—in one flow that saves time and raises assessment quality.

How does Quiiz work?

Start by creating a question bank and organizing it by lessons, thinking skills, and difficulty levels. Then create exams from that bank as needed. Share the exam link with your students and follow their progress during and after the session. After submission you get grading and results, then print or export the detailed student-performance analysis—step by step from bank to assessment.

What do thinking skills mean on each question?

A thinking skill is the mental skill a student needs to answer the question or solve a scientific problem. In Quiiz, questions are labeled on a progressive scale: • Remember: recalling previously learned information—the lowest mental skill. • Understand: grasping meaning by connecting knowledge. • Apply: using concepts, rules, and theories to solve a specific scientific problem. • Analyze: breaking a concept or structure into parts and seeing how they relate and work together. • Evaluate: making a scientific judgment or decision about an idea after enough familiarity with it and related knowledge. • Create: inventing new information or meaning—the highest mental skill.

Do I need to set difficulty and thinking skill accurately on every question?

Yes. Accurate labels are essential so the Quiiz algorithm can do its job: fair, balanced question distribution across students; comparable exam forms in difficulty and thinking skills; and reliable pedagogical analysis of your bank and learners. Random or missing labels weaken equal measurement and reduce the quality of recommendations and the Enhance button. Take a moment to set them on each question—or use Enhance after choosing skill and difficulty to help keep the wording consistent.

Why subscribe to Quiiz, and what is its value?

Because you get one platform where you build the bank once, generate multiple exams from it, grade instantly, follow your students, and leave with clear pedagogical analysis that supports your decisions. Quiiz is designed to save effort, raise assessment accuracy, and ensure fair measurement across students—instead of scattered tools or look-alike exam forms that weaken credibility.

What makes the Quiiz algorithm unique?

Our algorithm is fully original intellectual property, rooted in an educational and scientific background, and not available in this form on any other platform. It was designed to distribute questions and build rigorous exam models on carefully considered pedagogical standards—not a generic copy or random generation without foundations.

How does Quiiz ensure fairness and credible assessment?

Our algorithm ensures equal measurement for every student while delivering a different exam model designed for each learner. That reduces repetition and group cheating without compromising equal opportunity—so comparisons stay fair, credibility rises, and assessment accuracy is clearer.

Who is Quiiz for?

Teachers and learning organizations that need a digital quiz and assessment platform with faster grading and richer performance insights.

Is Quiiz suitable for remote assessments?

Yes. Quiiz is built for remote assessment sessions, with resilience when connectivity is weak or drops, and safeguards against cheating.

Do I have to build a question bank from scratch every time?

No. Build a bank once and reuse it across as many exams as you need. You can also take an independent copy via a distribute link from another teacher, or collaborate with colleagues on writing the bank through the Share button. The Enhance button on every question adjusts the wording to the thinking skill and difficulty you set, which takes a large burden off building the bank. Finally, if you design outstanding banks and want to reach as many people as possible, share them via the Content Ambassadors page on the website.

What does the free subscription include?

For the first 500 subscribers: full access to all features free for one year from registration (terms apply). After that year, continued access requires a monthly subscription: 37.55 SAR in Saudi Arabia, or $10 in other countries. There are no in-app purchases on iOS — activate on the website.

What is the price after the free year?

37.55 Saudi Riyals per month if you are in Saudi Arabia, or $10 per month based on your country. Payment is on the website after the national payment gateway is adopted.

When is the official launch?

We aim for the official launch after gathering feedback from 500 users to ensure the best possible experience. The launch date will be announced on this website, stay tuned.

What is the beta launch phase?

We continuously improve the platform: we may add or adjust features or parts of the experience based on feedback and priorities, to keep the service stable and useful for teachers.

Where do I share ideas to improve the product or service?

After downloading Quiiz from App Store, open Settings in the app and find “First 500 — Notes & Suggestions.” Write your feedback there—and optionally attach an image. It reaches us directly and we work on it right away to improve the experience and features.
